Description
Position and time are determined using a GPS receiver. Whenever there is a fixed GPS, the activated events are marked with the UTC time and date and a one-second marker is recorded (with an accuracy of +/- 50 ns RMS) along with the vibration information. This built-in time signal is shown in graphs and output reports. The last captured PPS marker indicates the exact second recorded in the event data, so the exact time can be measured (exact for the chosen sample rate, for example, 15,625 microseconds at 64,000 s / s).
